If successful will my certificate be nationally recognised?
All fork lift training courses delivered by CRS Training are accredited to ITSSAR (Independent Training Standard & Scheme and Register) which is one of six recognised accredited bodies.
What is the maximum per course?
Maximum on any forklift course is three. Novice training course
1 person 3 days
2 per 4 days
3 per 5 days
One day refresher course 3 persons
One & two day conversion course 3 persons
Can I drive different types of fork lift once I have my certificate?
You will need to have either a one or two day conversion course.
Do I need to bring my own PPE?
You will need to wear steel toe capped foot wear; all other PPE will be supplied by CRS
I need to gain my driver cpc to continue to drive my lorry, what does it entail?
All driver with the category c on their licence who drive professionally need to undergo 35 hours training by September 2014, this training can be delivered in 7 hour blocks.
Is there a test?
No driver cpc is an attendance only
Will food be provided?
Tea and coffee will be provided, you can provide your own food alternatively there is a restaurant on site which provides various meals during the day.
